The Sacred Circle: Incorporating Governance & Restorative Justice in to Organizational Practice - 1 Day Workshop
This workshop, designed for use in classrooms, volunteer/staff trainings and grassroots advocacy, takes a deep dive into how the sacred circle builds trust, community and around stronger teams.
Participants will learn:
- circle protocols that support active listening
- cultural teachings around kindness in the conduct of working with challenging personalities and behaviours
- how to fairly and equitably address harms and injustices
- how to restore justice and heal relationships within a group or team
- how to prevent future harm from taking place
- how to create a working charter based on cultural teachings and values, and how to maintain accountability as individuals and groups/teams
- how to build cohesion and community that will lead to genuine trust and strong relationships
